Job Description
The Premier Acquisition Manager will focus on acquiring and managing High Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs) for retail loan products, building CASA book, and generating revenue through third-party sales. This role requires strong coordination, customer focus, and portfolio management experience.
Requirements
- Acquire new HNI customers for retail loan products and banking services.
- Drive revenue through cross-selling of third-party products (TPP).
- Build and grow CASA book size by onboarding quality customers.
- Maintain and nurture relationships with existing HNI clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams (credit, legal, operations, product).
- Ensure compliance with KYC norms.
- Provide end-to-end customer support and channel partner communication.
