Lead Operator / Shift Supervisor - Power Plant Operations

DuPont is seeking Lead Operator / Shift Supervisor for a unionized power generation facility. This leadership role is responsible for managing plant operations, team supervision, and ensuring safety, environmental compliance, and optimal plant performance. The position involves daily plant operations, preventative maintenance, incident response, and operator training.

Requirements

• 5+ years of power plant or equivalent industrial experience
• 3+ years in combined cycle operations preferred
• Prior leadership experience supervising craft employees in a union environment
• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in a technical field preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
• Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills
• Valid driver’s license and authorization to work in the U.S.
