Job Description
This position is for a member of the T6 modification team, focusing on electrical system modifications on military aircraft. Training will be provided on performing modifications, including component and harness installation, operation, and inspection. The role requires self-motivation, attention to detail, and working independently, with travel and extended hours expected. The position is 100% travel based.
Requirements
- High School diploma required
- Associate’s Degree in management or technical/scientific discipline desired
- IPC/WHMA-A-620 Certification desired
- 3+ years of professional experience in the required task area
- US Military Aircraft Maintenance and/or wiring experience required
- Knowledgeable on wiring diagrams/schematics, logic drawings, layouts, wire lists, and prints
- Impeccable organizational skills and attention to detail required
- Basic understanding of electrical circuits required
- Wire Termination experience desired
- Basic knowledge or understanding of IPC/WHMA-A-620 desired
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
- Ability to regularly lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- US citizenship
- Security clearance may be required
