Job Description
The Aircraft Electrical System Technician will be trained to perform electrical system modifications on military aircraft, working under the T6 modification team. This role involves on-aircraft modifications, component/harness installation/removal, and operational checks. Must be adaptable and self-motivated. This position is 100% travel.
Requirements
- High School diploma required
- Associate’s Degree in management or technical/scientific discipline desired
- IPC/WHMA-A-620 Certification desired
- 3+ years of professional experience in required task area
- US Military Aircraft Maintenance and/or wiring experience required
- Basic understanding of electrical circuits required
- Wire Termination experience desired
- Communication skills required
- Basic knowledge of IPC/WHMA-A-620 desired
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Security clearance may be required
- Ability to work cross functionally
- Frequent and extended duration travel required
