Supervisor

We are looking for a Supervisor to provide supervision of community-based residential and day programs for people with developmental disabilities, and provide leadership to staff. The ideal candidate will be adaptable and compassionate in all situations.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years or older
• High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Supervisory experience; preferably with developmentally disabled adults or in a human services field
• Ability to organize and prioritize work
• Ability to lead people and projects
• Ability to develop and maintain productive, positive relationships with all people
• Driver’s license and ability to drive clients in one’s own vehicle
• Ability to work independently
