Direct Support Professional (DSP)
High school diploma or GED required, bachelor's degree preferred, valid driver's license, clear verbal and written communication skills, and adaptability and compassion
Peer Leader
GED or High School Diploma, experience working with LGBTQIA+ youth, ability to work independently and take initiative
Residential Counselor
Must be 21 years of age, maintain valid driver’s license, and available to work evenings, holidays, and weekend shifts

2+ years of experience in a mental health facility, supervisory experience, valid driver's license, and ability to work varied shifts

Must be 21 years of age, valid driver’s license, and available to work evenings and weekends
Residential Director
Bachelor's degree preferred, 3-5 years of experience in a residential or mental health program required, valid driver's license required
Overnight Assistant Supervisor (Part Time)
2+ years of experience in mental health facility, supervisory experience required, valid driver's license
