As a Technical Recruiter, you will play a critical role in building out the engineering and manufacturing teams at Joby, sourcing and hiring talent to bring the company through certification and operational launch.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or similar field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting
- Demonstrated experience partnering directly with C-level executives
- Proven ability to understand and communicate complex technical and business-related requirements
- Experience recruiting for both technical and business related positions
- Demonstrated proficiency using data driven decision making
- Experience with applicant tracking systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized and adaptable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Strong sense of urgency and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Ability to be in person in Santa Cruz, CA or Marina, CA a minimum of 3 days per week
