Joby Aviation is seeking an experienced motivated and detail-oriented Senior Technical Recruiter to join our team and play a key role in scaling our workforce during a pivotal stage of innovation and growth.
Requirements
- Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to assess workforce needs, forecast hiring demands and build targeted talent pipelines
- Build and maintain a scalable recruiting strategy. Manage full-cycle recruiting efforts and offer negotiations
- Create and post compelling, accurate technical job descriptions aligned with team needs
- Source and screen candidates for a wide variety of roles across software, engineering, operations, aviation and manufacturing functions
- Conduct structured interviews and coordinate technical assessments
- Follow up with passive candidates and nurture long-term pipelines for hard-to-fill roles
- Provide regular updates on recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, pipeline health, and hiring trends
- Represent Joby at industry events, tech conferences, and career meetups
