Job Description
Transitions Elite is seeking a Talent Acquisition Lead to join their growing team. This full-time, fully remote role involves building and maintaining candidate pipelines, managing the full recruitment lifecycle, and identifying and improving hiring processes. The ideal candidate will be a strong recruiting professional with a focus on building relationships and delivering exceptional results.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of full-cycle talent acquisition experience
- 2–3 years of experience designing or optimizing recruitment processes
- Proven track record sourcing and closing candidates globally
- Experience in fast-paced startup or high-growth environments
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Google Sheets, Slack, Zoom, and ATS/CRM systems
- Excellent communication skills (video)
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
