Job Description
Transitions Elite is seeking a Talent Acquisition Lead to build and maintain candidate pipelines, conduct screening calls, manage end-to-end recruiting processes, and analyze key hiring metrics. This full-time, fully remote role focuses on finding and closing top talent globally, operating with speed and a strong focus on employee experience. The ideal candidate will be proactive, resourceful, and deeply people-focused.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of full-cycle talent acquisition experience, ideally across international teams
- 2–3 years of experience designing or optimizing recruitment processes
- Proven track record sourcing and closing candidates globally
- Experience in fast-paced startup or high-growth environments
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Google Sheets, Slack, Zoom, and ATS/CRM systems
- Excellent communication skills, especially over video
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
