Job Description
Transitions Elite is seeking a Talent Acquisition Lead to build and maintain strong candidate pipelines, manage end-to-end recruitment processes, and drive the growth of their internal team. This role involves sourcing, screening, and closing candidates in a fast-paced environment, partnering on employer branding and analytics, and optimizing workflows to achieve high hiring success. The ideal candidate will be proactive, data-driven, and passionate about building talent.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of full-cycle talent acquisition experience, ideally across international teams
- 2–3 years of experience designing or optimizing recruitment processes
- Proven track record sourcing and closing candidates globally
- Experience in fast-paced startup or high-growth environments
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Google Sheets, Slack, Zoom, and ATS/CRM systems
- Excellent communication skills – video is a must
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
- A positive attitude and focus on building relationships
