Job Description
IronArch Technology is seeking a Strategic Planning, Governance, and Initiatives Lead to support Air Force Civil Engineer Center (AFCEC) operations. The role involves enterprise-wide strategy, governance, and planning, requiring expertise in corporate processes and strategic partnerships. This position supports organizational management and governance within the Air Force Civil Engineering enterprise.
Requirements
- Master’s degree required
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Air Force and DoD corporate processes
- Extensive knowledge of AFCEC partnerships, Air Force CE mission areas, and strategic planning methodologies
- Strong ability to collaborate with leadership teams and interpret high-level Air Force strategies
- Working knowledge of governance structures within the Air Force Civil Engineering enterprise
- Active Secret clearance required
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
