Ground Operations Lead

They are seeking a highly motivated Ground Operations Lead to manage the maintenance of aircraft and test programs. This role involves maintaining the aircraft, coordinating maintenance, production, and logistics, and ensuring aircraft readiness for testing and development. Requirements

• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team.
• Willingness to travel.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance.
• 5+ years of experience in aircraft maintenance, production, and/or development.
• 5+ years of leadership experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
