Director, Restructuring

Interpath is seeking a Director of Restructuring to lead advisory engagements for Turnaround, Debt Advisory, and Value Creation. The role involves team leadership, project execution, and client collaboration within a fast-growing international firm. This position offers a unique opportunity to be part of a team leading complex financial restructuring initiatives in Germany.

Requirements

• Strong academic background with extensive experience in a Restructuring team.
• Well-developed financial analysis skills and advanced experience in reviewing and presenting financial models.
• Well developed team management and coaching skills.
• Native or fluent German & English skills.
• Prior experience in Restructuring and Turnaround client projects.
