Director, Restructuring

Interpath is seeking a Director, Restructuring to lead client facing teams and deliver multi-stakeholder restructuring and advisory engagements. The role involves navigating Turnarounds, Liquidations, and Value Creation, with a focus on building strong networks and coaching junior colleagues. Requirements

• Strong academic background with extensive experience in a Restructuring team
• Well-developed financial analysis skills and advanced experience in reviewing financial models
• Native or fluent German & English are essential
• Prior experience in leading urgent Restructuring and Turnaround client projects
• Openness to working on client site within Germany and EU and internationally
