Director, Restructuring

Interpath is seeking a Director of Restructuring to lead a team and deliver restructuring and advisory services to multinational corporations. The role involves financial restructuring, strategic advising, and overseeing turnarounds, while maintaining a global footprint. Requirements

• Strong academic background with extensive experience in a Restructuring team at a leading consultancy or Big Four
• Well-developed financial analysis skills and advanced experience in reviewing and presenting financial models
• Well developed team management and coaching skills combined with excellent client communication and influencing skills
• Prior experience in leading urgent Restructuring and Turnaround client projects, Independent Business Reviews (IBRs), Liquidity analysis, Market assessment, Capital structure analysis, Options review and stakeholder negotiation
