As the Senior Project Manager, you will be a lead representative of Flourish, exemplifying Flourish’s values in interactions with colleagues, clients, and project stakeholders. You will oversee all projects assigned to Project Managers, provide guidance and support, and help guide the organization in operationalizing the goals set by the Board.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive project management experience in construction, real estate development, or related fields
- Proven track record delivering projects through all phases: pre-construction, design coordination, procurement, construction administration, and turnover/occupancy
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts and delivery methods
- Experience with tendering processes, contract negotiation, and consultant/contractor management
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, schedules, risk assessments, and quality control
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to mentor junior staff and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
