Requirements
- Proven track record with 8+ years of project management experience
- Deep expertise in design, construction, and operations
- Strong financial acumen, with experience managing project budgets, forecasts, and ensuring cost-effective delivery
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or an equivalent designation
- Educational background in Engineering, Architecture, Urban Planning, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven success in business development, with experience closing new deals, winning high-profile projects, and confidently leading client interviews
