Job Description
Join Colliers Project Leaders as a Senior Project Manager in the Southern Ontario team. Develop strong client relationships and lead projects from beginning to end. Must have experience delivering civil infrastructure projects and have a university degree or diploma in civil engineering or related discipline.
Requirements
- Develop strong client relationships and lead projects from beginning to end
- Lead program and project planning, scheduling and budgeting, consultant tendering and selection, and contract administration efforts
- Regularly report to the client on project status
- Manage and coach project staff allocated to your projects
- Chair client, project and site meetings
- Provide oversight and leadership to the change management process
- Ensure that client expectations and satisfaction are met or exceeded
