Job Description
Impact is seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to join their sales team. The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, building relationships, and generating qualified leads for Account Executives. The ideal candidate possesses strong communication skills, a consultative approach, and a passion for technology and innovation, with the goal of showcasing impact's solutions to target market executives.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in sales, lead generation, or a related role
- Prior experience with outbound cold calling
- Strong understanding of IT, cybersecurity, digital transformation, or willingness to learn
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) and sales enablement platforms (e.g., SalesLoft, 6sense, Outreach)
- Self-motivated and results-driven
