Requirements
- Higher Education
- Previous experience in recruiting or similar roles
- Experience in headhunting is a bonus
- Strong record as a team player who actively participates in all Talent Acquisition activities
- Excellent at communicating in spoken and written Lithuanian and English
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where improvements are continuously being made and things are changing quickly
- Frequently contributing and sharing knowledge to improve processes, structure, and daily work
- Strong interpersonal, analytical & organizational skills
- Being passionate about recruitment, networking, and the human resources field
