IBMC is seeking an experienced Legal Counsel to oversee all legal and compliance matters for a Singapore-based group of companies with international entities. The role focuses on ensuring regulatory compliance, governance, and risk mitigation across all entities and offshore jurisdictions.

Requirements

• Draft, review, and manage contracts and agreements.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore and offshore legal and regulatory requirements.
• Advise management and the Board on risk mitigation and corporate governance.
• Liaise with external legal counsel and regulators.
• Establish internal legal frameworks and documentation standards.
