IBMC is hiring a highly experienced Legal Manager to oversee all legal and compliance matters for a Singapore-established group of companies with international entities. The role involves managing contracts, ensuring regulatory compliance in Singapore and other offshore jurisdictions, and providing advisory services to management and the Board. Requirements

• Draft, review, and manage contracts and agreements.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore and offshore legal requirements.
• Advise on risk mitigation, corporate governance, and cross-border compliance.
• Establish internal legal frameworks and compliance monitoring.
• Willing to relocate to or based in Bali, Indonesia.
