Legal Counsel

IBMC is seeking an experienced Legal Counsel to oversee legal and compliance matters for an established group of Singapore-based companies. The role involves ensuring compliance with regulatory standards in Singapore and other offshore jurisdictions, managing contracts, advising management, and establishing internal frameworks.

Requirements

• Draft, review, and manage contracts and agreements across company entities.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore and offshore legal/regulatory requirements.
• Advise management and the Board on risk mitigation, corporate governance, and cross-border compliance.
• Liaise with external legal counsel, regulators, and compliance partners.
• Establish internal legal frameworks and documentation standards.
• Willingness to relocate to or be based in Bali, Indonesia.
• Analytical, communication, and advisory skills.
