Job Description
Hungryroot is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to join our team at our fulfillment center in Hiram, GA. This role is responsible for providing HR support, driving employee engagement, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Requirements
- 7+ years of HR experience, preferably in a distribution, manufacturing, or fulfillment center environment
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
- Experience in employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management
- Ability to build strong relationships with employees and leadership at all levels
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (Dayforce) and Microsoft Office Suite
