The HR Administrator is a key member of the People Team, supporting the whole of HTB Group with full-employee lifecycle HR, L&D, Safeguarding, and Health and Safety. The role holder will be accountable for delivering key elements such as payroll, first-line communications, updating HR systems, and providing hands-on support to benefits administration.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an administrator in a fast-paced and complex environment
- Dynamic interpersonal skills, strong written and verbal communications skills
- An excellent eye for detail, precision, and keen to meet deadlines
