The HR Manager will operate across the full range of HR generalist functions, supporting members of the team and consulting with entity leaders and their teams in all operational HR matters.
Requirements
- Significant expertise in generalist HR practice
- CIPD qualified Level 5 or equivalent qualification
- Chartered Member of the CIPD
- Credibility with line managers and excellent relationship building skills
- Excellent knowledge of UK employee relations
- Competence in using, promoting and optimising the use of HR systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly proficient in office software
