Job Description
The HR Manager will be responsible for managing and executing all human resource functions, including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, learning & development, and HR operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving a positive workplace culture, ensuring compliance with company policies, and aligning HR practices with organizational goals.
Requirements
- Masters or Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of progressive HR experience.
- Strong understanding of labor laws, HR systems, and performance management frameworks.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS tools.
