Job Description
General Manager HR responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, leading talent acquisition and retention, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
Requirements
- Masters degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA/MPA preferred)
- 10-15 years of progressive HR leadership experience, preferably in the manufacturing sector
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR compliance, and industrial relations
- Proven ability to manage HR functions at both strategic and operational levels
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
