Job Description
HRSI is hiring a competent and self-driven Human Resource Manager to lead HR across various functions, including policy implementation, rewards, compensation & benefits, and employee engagement for a pharmaceutical client based in Lahore.
Requirements
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4-6 years of generalist HR experience, preferably in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or industrial sectors.
