Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 15 years of progressive HR experience
- Prior experience in multinational oil and gas, marine construction, or large-scale industrial service organizations
- Demonstrated success in leading organizational transformation and culture-building initiatives
- Proven track record in strategic HR leadership roles
- Deep knowledge of organizational culture development, change management, and talent strategy
- Strong leadership and influencing capabilities
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of regional labor laws and HR practices, especially in Kuwait and Saudi Arabia
- Ability to lead in dynamic, high-growth environments while maintaining focus on quality and compliance
