Chief Executive Officer

Kuwait International Fair Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer to provide strategic leadership and oversee operations, departments, and future projects. The ideal candidate is a visionary leader with experience in driving innovation, operational excellence, and strategic growth.

Requirements

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Engineering
• A Master's degree or MBA is preferred
• Minimum of 15 years of experience
• 5 years in senior leadership positions
• Proficiency in both Arabic and English
• Ability to prepare and assess feasibility studies and contracts
• Strong leadership skills and decision-making ability
• Extensive knowledge of procedures, regulations, and stakeholder engagement related to relevant government and regulatory entities
