Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
• 12+ years of progressive experience in business development, investments, or corporate strategy, ideally within diversified groups, investment firms, or multinational companies
• Ability to drive strategic partnerships, joint ventures, and collaborations that enhance the group's portfolio and market positioning
• Strong track record of leading successful partnerships, acquisitions, or market expansions
• Excellent knowledge of regional and international markets, financial instruments, and investment frameworks
• Proven negotiation, stakeholder management, and deal-closing skills
• Strong leadership and communication abilities with a focus on innovation and sustainable growth
