Housecall Pro is seeking a Senior Strategic Account Manager to build and deepen relationships with executive-level franchise stakeholders, drive account growth, and lead high-impact business reviews. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or partnerships, and a proven track record of growing and retaining B2B accounts.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or partnerships
- Experience working with complex organizations such as franchise systems, OEMs, distributors, or large enterprise environments
- Proven success in growing and retaining B2B accounts, particularly with multi-location or complex clients
- Experience using CRM and data tools to monitor account health and drive strategy
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required
