At Housecall Pro, we're looking for a Technical Account Manager (Partnerships) to drive successful partnerships with our largest partners. The role involves working with partners, engineering teams, product managers, and cross-functional stakeholders to identify gaps, define requirements, and implement solutions that enable partner success.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience in technical account management, customer success, product management, or product operations
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Experience working with enterprise software integrations and APIs
- Experience with AI tooling and optimization to drive operational change and efficiency
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models and enterprise operations
