NIGHT MANAGER

The Night Manager is responsible for managing the store during night shifts, including achieving desired gross profit, productivity, and sales projections. They must manage staff, cash and payment systems, merchandise and equipment, and health and safety protocols. The Night Manager must also develop knowledge about competitor activity and communicate this to the Store Manager.

Requirements

• Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds
• Ability to lift and move items weighing over 50 pounds
• Standing for extended periods of time
• Follows dress code
• Follows established safety policies and procedures
• Follows written and oral instructions
• Works well with others
• Speaks English fluently
• Eyesight corrected to 20/20
• Hearing corrected to normal range
• Possess full range of motion on shoulders, arms, hands, legs, and feet
• Has knowledge of total store operations
