Job Description
The Corporate Law Legal Analyst at Horatio will support the Legal Department with legal document preparation, research, and compliance. This full-time role involves assisting with contracts, litigation, and HR legal matters, ensuring legal strategies, and managing cases until resolution. They will also be responsible for handling administrative tasks and internal investigations.
