Job Description
Capital is a leading trading platform expanding globally. They are seeking a Legal Counsel to review and mitigate risks, draft and negotiate contracts, and ensure regulatory compliance. The role involves significant autonomy and a fast-paced environment in a hybrid team structure.
Requirements
- Legal professional with extensive experience.
- Significant experience working across multiple jurisdictions (Europe, MENA, Americas, APAC).
- Ability to draft policies for group companies, complex commercial agreements, and review third-party contracts.
