Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 4+ years of compliance experience, and strong knowledge of financial regulatory frameworks. Analytical and problem-solving skills are essential
Recruitment Specialist (BOG)
1-3 years of experience, previous experience in an administrative role, and experience recruiting Staff and Management roles
Training Specialist (SDQ)
1+ years in training customer service or a service-oriented role. Senior college student in Business Administration, Marketing, Statistics, or related fields
Customer Care Team Leader (SDQ)
2+ years of experience in a healthcare customer service role, 1+ year in a leadership role (team lead, floor supervisor, quality coach, etc.), experience in BPO or telehealth/healthtech settings is highly preferred
