Job Description
Hind Management is seeking a full-time Chef de Partie for their new restaurant at Hiku, a Sudima hotel located in Kaikōura, New Zealand. They are a highly sustainable and ethical company focused on the well-being of its employees and the environment. The role involves preparing high-quality dishes, maintaining a clean workspace, and collaborating with a team to deliver exceptional food and service.
Requirements
- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes that meet brand standards.
- Maintain a clean workspace and follow food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Plan menus, estimate food and labour costs, and manage supply orders.
- Promote a positive team atmosphere and foster skill development.
- Monitor the quality of dishes throughout preparation.
