Job Description
The Youth Care Professional I supports youth and families in a positive and trauma-informed manner, creating a safe and supportive environment. Responsibilities include building relationships, providing mentorship, providing crisis intervention, and assisting with daily activities. The role focuses on promoting well-being and assisting youth in reaching their full potential.
Requirements
- CPR certification required or obtained within 60 days of hire.
- Valid NYS driver’s license required, with minimum of 1 year of driving experience and clean driving record.
- Knowledge of skills and emotional competence to effectively build relationships.
