Senior Leasing Representative

As a Highwoods Senior Leasing Representative, you will be responsible for securing prospective customers and developing relationships to secure long-term tenancy in our remarkable workplaces that inspire and support growth, community, and connection.

Requirements

• Responsible for new business development
• Researches prospective customers and conducts cold calls
• Builds good working relationships with brokers and existing customers
• Coordinates and leads property tours for prospective customers
• Coordinates space planning activities between customers and architects / construction teams
• Utilizes proprietary leasing analysis software
• Prepares lease proposals and reviews; negotiates lease terms with customers and brokers through execution
• Attends customer punch list walk-throughs
• Assists in preparation of annual leasing budgets
• Actively participates in local Commercial Real Estate organizations
