Property Manager

As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for the overall operation and financial success of a portfolio of properties, including managing customer relations, capital improvement projects, and financial performance.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree strongly preferred
• 5+ years experience in commercial property management
• Proven record of providing excellent internal and external customer service
• Budgeting and reporting experience
• Proven experience managing capital improvement projects
