Assistant Property Manager

As a Highwoods Assistant Property Manager, you will support the property management team, managing approximately 2 million square feet of Class A Commercial Office Hi-Rise and Mid-Rise suburban buildings. You will help ensure that the buildings are well-maintained and effectively run.

Requirements

• Build strong customer relationships
• Assist with customer relations opportunities
• Help ensure the strong financial performance of the assets
• Manage capital improvement projects
• Negotiate and manage vendor contracts
• Conduct regular property inspections
• Adhere to company policies and procedures
• Assist with review and monitoring of daily work order report
• Initiate customer billings
• Help with coordination of customer move-ins and move-outs
• Assure optimal functioning of building systems
• Review and understand leases
• Identify and implement procedures to minimize insurance risks
• Field, track and respond to customer service requests
• Assist with Accounts Receivable
