Requirements
- 6–10+ years of executive recruiting experience, ideally with a combination of search firm/agency and in house experience
- Proven success hiring senior leaders in high growth, global, or technology-driven companies
- Strong research and sourcing capabilities, including the ability to identify and engage hard to reach executive talent
- Solid understanding of executive compensation, assessment methodologies, and closing strategies
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience partnering closely with C-level leaders
- Highly organized and data driven, with the ability to manage multiple complex searches simultaneously
- Comfort operating in fast paced, evolving environments and contributing to process improvement
