This full-time, on-site role focuses on providing exceptional patient care, ensuring efficient operations, and maintaining a positive work environment. The position reports to the Medical Operations Manager and is integral to achieving organizational objectives within a fast-paced laboratory setting.

• Maintain the office and staff at the highest standards of professionalism, cleanliness, and customer support
• Ensure that office procedures, protocols and healthcare compliance are performed consistently and on a regular basis
