Medical Office Manager

H2 Performance Consulting is seeking an energetic and organized Medical Office Manager to join their Santa Rosa Beach, FL location. The role involves all aspects of running the lab, including patient care, customer satisfaction, cost management, scheduling, and compliance. The position reports to the Medical Operations Manager and focuses on day-to-day operational success. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a positive atmosphere within the clinic while achieving organizational objectives.

Requirements

• Responsible for clinic performance towards corporate specified goals
• Maintain the office and staff at the highest standards of professionalism, cleanliness, and customer support
• Perform direct clinical work, including phlebotomy, triage, and checking patient in/out services.
• Ensure adherence to HIPAA guidelines and relevant healthcare regulations.
• Supervise and train assigned office staff.
