Medical Office Manager

H2 Performance Consulting is seeking a full-time Medical Office Manager to lead the administrative functions of their Pensacola, Florida laboratory location. This role focuses on clinical support, patient care, customer satisfaction, cost management, scheduling, and employee supervision. The Office Manager will work closely with medical staff and the corporate office to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Requirements

• Responsible for clinic performance toward corporate specifications.
• Maintain office and staff standards of professionalism.
• Ensure clinical and administrative staff are welcoming and caring.
• Oversee billing, bank deposits, and monthly reporting.
• Conduct in-house services, such as drug screens and EKG tests.
• Process lab work accurately and report on the same.
• Attend monthly meetings with corporate staff.
• Ensure OSHA, Safety and Healthcare Compliance.
