Job Description
We're looking for a Junior Account Executive to join our sales team and help automate procedures for public tenders. As a motivated talent, you'll learn how qualified B2B sales works in the public sector and develop into a fully responsible Account Executive over time.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in the B2B environment
- High learning readiness and genuine interest in sales, SaaS, and digitalization
- Structured working style and willingness to take on responsibility
- Communication strength and fun in conversations with decision-makers
- First contact with CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot) an advantage
- Ownership mentality - you want to get better and deliver measurable results
- Interest in the public sector, GovTech, or AI solutions
