Requirements
- 6-10 years of relevant sales engineering experience
- Proven track record of building and managing high-performing sales engineering teams
- Strong people management skills and commitment to mentoring/coaching
- Experience with CRM, cloud architecture, or telephony systems
- Understanding of SaaS systems and data flows
- Strong business acumen and understanding of GTM orgs
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
